There are at least three allusions in the title of this album.
The most obvious are

* One After 909 [Nine - Oh - Nine], a song written by John Lennon and credited to Lennon-McCartney. This song was recorded quite late, in the Let it Be sessions (actually in the Rooftop Concert), although it had been composed at a very early stage, in 1957.

* 808 is the name of a legendary drum machine (Roland TR-808) which was used to produce this album, Actually I used a freeware called TS-808 (Tactile Sounds), a quite flexible virtual instrument if you know how to use it (which I learned through the making of this album, to be honest)

* One BEFORE 909 is the title of an unofficial (pirate) album with music by The Beatles with Bill Preston, released in Japan in 2015 (label Beat File – BFP072CDR).

As for the titles of the single pieces, they can be read in pairs (for instance, Confirm you are a human beyond reasonable doubt".

All tracks were produced with the freeware TS-808 by Tactile Sounds.
