"Clair de Klara", a slow and soberly expressive milonga, was written for the pianist's daughter's birthday, which happens to fall exactly on the same days as mine (well, with a few decades difference).

The title "Clair de Klara" is an obvious allusion to Claude Debussy's piano prelude "Clair de lune" but using the name of the dedicatee, Klara Gade, and taking advantage of the phonetic similarity of both words.

As for the artwork: we used -with kind permission- a picture by Dorothe Wouters (DarkmoonArt), darkmoon-art.de, feel free to follow her art on Instagram or Facebook.

Here in Bandcamp you can listen the pre-release of this first world recording of "Clair de Klara". The official release (on Spotify, Apple Music, etc. etc.) is scheduled for 7th May 2021.
