'Se resignó a lo inconcluso' (Spanish for 'He resigned himself to the unfinished [things]'), an abstract and poetic piano miniature. The overall aesthetic is minimalist and neoclassical. The piano texture highlights the pedal, the resonances, thus giving sound a third dimension.

This piece was composed with my new-born daughter Laura in my arms, trying to put her to sleep. This explains the cautious character of the music and its prudent dynamics which never reaches a mezzoforte.
